Prof. Damodar Suar

​

Damodar Suar, Ph. D., is a professor at IIT Kharagpur (India). He was the Head in theDepartment of Humanities & Social Sciences during 2007-2010. He teaches Research methodology, Organisational behaviour, and Psychology. He is the Editor of the journal, Psychological Studies (Springer). His research focuses on social issues and organizational behavior. He has authored over 135 scientific articles including book chapters, authored two books, and co-edited three books. He has produced 26 Ph.D. students, handled more than 30 research/consultancy projects, and co-ordinated 30 training programmes, three conferences, three international invited symposia.
